General Maintenance
We work with several housing associations across Cardiff and the surrounding areas, providing both planned and reactive maintenance services. Our mobile maintenance teams are on call to respond quickly to any issues that arise.
Services provided include general repairs, fencing, paving, drain clearance, boarding up, and a wide range of other maintenance tasks. Our teams are fully trained and equipped to handle any task, no matter how large or small.
Our partnership approach means we work as an extension of the housing association's own maintenance team, providing seamless service delivery. We maintain detailed records of all works carried out and provide regular reports to our clients.
